• Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval.

• Quiet hours are between 23:00 – 08:00.

🧒 Children & Extra Guests

• The maximum occupancy of the apartment must not be exceeded.

• Please inform us in advance if you're traveling with children or infants.

🚭 Smoking Policy

• Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.

• Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas (balconies, patio), where ashtrays are provided.

🐾 Pets

• Pets are not allowed

• Check-in: from 15:00

• Check-out: by 11:00
